Blogging for the New Year
Well I'm probably the only person reading this cause I can't see why anybody would come here when I haven't been updating. Well even if it's just for me, I'm going to try and make it a habit to write more often. I started the Power90 Fitness plan yesterday and running and swimming workouts going well. Got to get back on the bike. 8 Tuff Miles is only 5 weeks away and St. Croix Half Ironman is May 1st!
